Permissions and network access should have a clear purpose. Each app has its own behaviour; we do not make a blanket promise that every feature stays offline.
Shruti
Per-app audio controls run on your Mac. Signed update checks use the release feed. Its licensing system can contact the licence service when enabled; the current release is not yet operating a paid trial.
Relay
Pairing protects communication between your own devices. Pairing credentials belong to your private setup; never share a pairing QR code in a screenshot. Public distribution is still in preparation.
Prism
Local media opens on your Mac. Opening online media contacts the selected service. Public beta updates currently use a manual replacement download.
GrabIt
Downloading media contacts its source. Optional online classification features can contact their named service. Use recordings you own or have permission to save, and review transcripts before relying on them.
Website and private workspace
The public website can load configured analytics and marketing measurement. The team dashboard and beta download pages do not load those trackers. Team access uses an authenticated, expiring session.
Beta testing and purchases
The private workspace stores the tester name, email, selected apps, optional Mac details, trial dates and invitation status. Payment records include the customer email, purchased products, amount, source and transaction reference. Card numbers and gateway secrets do not belong in the dashboard. A personal beta link is an access credential; share it only with its intended tester.
